A flat-screen TV is included in each large living room at 9 Hertford Street. A washing machine and a dishwasher are provided in each fully-equipped modern kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is also available in all apartments, as well as an air cooling system.

The reception desk is open between 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00-18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Check-in is between 14:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday. Check-in outside these hours and at weekends is by appointment only, giving at least 24 hours notice. Check-out is before 12 noon.
All apartment, front door, garage and safe keys must be returned to the reception on check-out. If you fail to do so, the property may charge you for a replacement key or a replacement lock as required. In the event that a key is not returned after check-out you will be requested to contact the property and make arrangements for the keys to be returned.
To comply with our COVID-19 Guidelines we service your flat weekly during stays of 7 days or more.
The cost of late check-in is £120. Please note that this charge can be waived off in certain cases so please contact the hotel for more information.

We provide foldout beds which are placed in the sitting room, usually behind the sofas.

Our guests can choose their least favourite apartment and we make sure they never stay there. This is free. A choice of favourite apartment is also available but is subject to a Premium Charge of £300 per week.

9 Hertford Street has private and secure onsite parking. This is subject to availability so best booked in advance. The daily charge is £50.00 per day.

All the apartments are strictly non-smoking which includes the terraces as well. We have specially designated smoking areas in the building.
I’m booking for Tuesday and Wednesday next week Would it be ok to leave my small dog for an hour whilst I attend hospital appointment on Wednesday ? Would he be safe?
Well behaved and trained pets can be left in the apartment on their own. All our staff are very hands on and will periodically check to make sure all is in order. Time permitting we are happy to give dogs a quick spin in the nearby Green Park too.

good mooring. Check in is 2pm but you are welcome to bring your bags as early as 9am. Check out is 12h. We are very busy and have little flexibility. However we are nice and the confort of your stay is our priority. How can I assist you further?

Is this suitable for someone who has walking issues, is it up many stairs?
9 Hertford Street is a five storey building with a lift that serves all floors. So yes, as you can avoid the stairs it is suitable for people with walking issues.
